The RPC is Robinhood’s public one. Any provider’s Robinhood Chain mainnet endpoint works too, as long as it answers chain ID 4663.

Gas
Gas is paid in ETH. A fee has two parts, Robinhood’s docs say: running the transaction on the chain, which is low and steady, and posting its data to Ethereum, which moves with Ethereum’s traffic. Your wallet shows the total before you sign.
Transactions are taken first come, first served: paying more gas does not put yours ahead of another.
